As the Company has been growing, Khai Vy Corporation Ltd., decided to invest more in premises and equipments across its network of manufacturing within the country, and so Khai Vy Factory, a modern and high-tech factory located in District 7, HCMC, Viet Nam, was built in January, 2001 and has come into production since August, 2001. The establishment of this factory is based on the project to supply more diversified range of furniture: wooden furniture, wood-aluminum combined furniture and accessories for both indoor and outdoor uses, outdoor cushions and umbrellas.

Main products: Wooden furniture and wood-aluminum combined furniture for both indoor and outdoor uses.

Production capacity : 300 x 40 ft/month, in which: • Wooden outdoor furniture : 75 x 40 ft/month • Wooden indoor furniture : 75 x 40 ft/month • Wood-Aluminum furniture : 150 x 40 ft/month

Total area: 70,000 sqm, in which:

• 6,000 sqm for log yard and sawmills.

• 20,000 sqm for wood working machinery & production sites.

• 5,000 sqm for assembling & finishing area.

• 2,500 sqm for the three-floor modern showroom.

Work force: 1,200 workers.

Certification: Compliance with both national an international environmental protection policies, Khai Vy Factory has got the FSC certificate for the Chain of Custody (SGS-COC-0896) since January, 2002.
